On September 15, 2023, the Parlier Panther varsity football team had their second home game of the season. The football team put on an amazing show and put their everything into this game. An enormous crowd both from the away team and home team showed up to support their team. And many people wore red, white and blue to support our protective services.
Unfortunately, we lost but the team tried their hardest. Our PHS NJROTC program honored our first responders with flags to represent the various branches and our Parlier Marching Band also came in during this time and played the star spangled banner in a heartfelt ceremony.
During half time, the band played an amazing score conducted by Dayana Guerrero. Soon after, the cheerleaders performed their amazing new routine that got the crowd roaring and got the team ready to play the second half.
In the end, our football team fought very valiantly and the game ended with a score of 24-60. Thank you to everyone that showed up to support the Parlier Panther football team.
