Prom. This event is a quintessential one that makes students’ high school years memorable. On Saturday, May 13, 2023, Parlier High School created magical, core memories within their students and their respective dates. This year’s theme was a Masquerade. A glance around the venue showed that everyone put their best foot forward. Young ladies took the time to plan and curate the perfect outfits and the gentlemen truly showed up this year, every young man in the crowd was rocking the latest fashion and to many people’s surprise, most of the ties were not clipped on! Here is a shout out to the young people who went the extra mile this year!
This is a much needed break for our Parlier Panthers, the entire month has been dedicated to junior and senior state and AP testing. At the same time, seniors have been busy setting up their future for the life they are about to enter beyond our school campus. Earlier that day, seven of our seniors also participated in Reedley College’s Commencement Ceremony. A big shout out to Daniel Alcala, Ruby Alvarez, Andres Jimenez, Jolette Espana, Javier Hernandez, and Perla Aguilar. Walking a college graduation and attending your prom on the same day must be truly memorable, hats off to you.
To our seniors: You have made it down a memorable and challenging four years, your teachers hope you enjoyed a Senior Prom thrown in your honor, kicked you feet up, and enjoyed your time on the dance floor! Seniors, your journey at Parlier High is coming to a close, so finish strong and take this break to recharge and get ready to take on the rest of your finals.
I hope each and every one of you had a magical night full of wonder and awe.
Congratulations to the Class of 2023!
